Premier League side, Chelsea are reportedly preparing a bid to re-sign Romelu Lukaku which would see the Blues smash their current transfer record.
The Belgium striker made just 15 appearances in a three-year spell for the Blues, before permanently leaving for Everton in 2014.
However, Lukaku has had prolific spells with West Brom, Everton and Manchester United in the Premier League ever since he left Stamford Bridge.
Things have got even more better for Lukaku, he has gone on to become one of the world’s most clinical forwards with 44 goals in 68 Serie A matches for Inter Milan.
A new report from The Sun have now claimed that Lukaku is one of Thomas Tuchel’s top transfer targets this summer with Chelsea giving up in their pursuit of Borussia Dortmund star Erling Haaland.
Haaland have been linked with top clubs across Europe, with the likes of Barcelona and Real Madrid the favourite while Harry Kane is being tipped to join Manchester City.
