Lagos State lawmaker, Honourable Desmond Elliot has revealed why he constructed the famous Shitta Wood bridge in 2020.
It would be recalled that Desmond Elliot made the news during the COVID-19 pandemic era over the situation of things in his constituency.
Desmond Elliot who represents the Surulere Constituency was called out on social media over the bridge he built for people of his Constituency.
The popular movie director has now revealed why he made the move.
Speaking at a new interview, Desmond Elliot stated that the bridge was constructed following the death of a young girl.
According to the lawmaker, the community built the bridge themselves as he only provided the funds meant to carry out the project.
Not leaving any stone unturned, Desmond Elliot revealed how he has been able to affect the community positively.
