Fast-rising Nigerian singer Akinbiyi Abiola Ahmed popularly known as Bella Shmurda recently disclosed in an interview that interest fraudsters in the country should not be judged.
The singer who rose to stardom with a collaboration with YBNL label boss Olamide on the hit track Triumphant had a divisive perception of fraudsters.
He blamed the poverty and inflation level in the country for the rising number of internet fraudsters in the country.
He also didn’t deny or acknowledge if he was ever involved in internet fraud, but was quick to point out the fact that the country’s economy is messed up and to live comfortably with legal means is a mirage.
He jokingly said if you don’t make money fraudulently like your peers your kids will grown in poverty and will be forced to ask you why you couldn’t do what your peers did.
Bella Shmurda went ahead to thank the Nigerian music industry for bringing him out of poverty into a life of affluence.
He noted that he is committed to dishing out hits and tunes to nigerians to help soothe their pain and bring smile a to their faces.
